Updated Drive-Thru Hours Effective Monday, March 1, 2021 - Monday - Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM

UPDATED DRIVE-THRU HOURS:
Beginning Monday, March 1, 2021, our drive-thru hours will change to 8 AM to 6 PM (Monday - Friday) moving forward.

As a friendly reminder, we offer a variety of flexible and convenient payment solutions including:

  • Online: Online payments can be made 24/7 at www.clevelandutilities.com.
  • Phone: Debit / credit card, and check payments can be made anytime through our 24/7 Call Center by calling 423-472-4521.
  • Kiosks: We have three kiosk machines located at our main office (2450 Guthrie Avenue) and one located at the Bowater Employee Credit Union (4531 Hardwick Farms Parkway). The self-service payment kiosks accept cash, check, and debit / credit card payments. Please note that cash payments do not issue any change back. Any overages will be applied to the customer's account.
  • Mobile App: The MyUsage mobile app allows you to pay your bill anytime, anywhere! Download the App free from the App Store or Google Play.

Note: we never charge a fee to pay for utilities.
