The UPS Store in Farmland Corner Shopping Center an Authorized Location for CU Fiber Equipment Returns
Cleveland Utilities (CU) is pleased to announce a partnership with The UPS Store, located in the Farmland Corner Shopping Center. The store is now an authorized location for CU fiber equipment returns.
Customers who need to return their CU Fiber equipment can now do so conveniently at the following location:

UPS Store Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Sunday: 10 AM to 3:00 PM
CU is committed to making every aspect of our fiber experience as smooth as possible. This partnership with the UPS Store adds a new level of convenience for customers by providing a local, trusted location for equipment returns. The new return option aims to provide customers with more flexibility when discontinuing their CU Fiber service.
Customers can also return fiber equipment to the Cleveland Utilities main office located at 2450 Guthrie Avenue, Cleveland, TN 37311, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
