the right to discontinue this service to
anyone who does not follow the terms and
conditions of this website or attempts
to make a payment with a check and the
check is returned due to insufficient
funds. Cleveland Utilities currently
does not charge a convenience fee for
using this system, but reserves the
right to charge a convenience fee to
anyone requesting a credit after paying
using this system. Customer who
pay by check cannot receive a refund
until the check clears the bank (or 10
