Effective September 5, 2023, our drive-thru will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Our lobby will continue to operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

As a friendly reminder, we offer a variety of flexible and convenient payment solutions including:
- Online: Online payments can be made 24/7 at clevelandutilities.com.
- Phone: Debit / credit card, and check payments can be made anytime through our 24/7 Call Center by calling 423-472-4521.
- Kiosks: We have three kiosk machines located at our main office (2450 Guthrie Avenue) and one located at the Bowater Employee Credit Union (4531 Hardwick Farms Parkway). The self-service payment kiosks accept cash, check, and debit / credit card payments. Please note that cash payments do not issue any change back. Any overages will be applied to the customer's account.
