Customer Portal Upgrades!

Cleveland Utilities is pleased to announce a new partnership with MyUsage.com!  This partnership brings major upgrades to our online portal and our pay-by-phone system.  These upgrades included increased usage monitoring, customer usage monitoring alerts, the ability to make cash payments at CVS and Family Dollar locations, and a Mobile App!

We will be adding a mobile app for both Apple and Android users, which will give you full control to the entire online account directly from your mobile device!  To download the mobile app, please search MyUsage Mobile in the app store.

These enhancements will go live on November 26, 2018.  In the meantime, please see important transition information below about your account online.

Logging In
With these new enhancements, your account will be migrated with your existing credentials.  Your existing username and password will work with our new provider.  (Note: Your username will be your email address.)  You will receive an email from our new online portal provider MyUsage.com after your account migration has taken place.  We expect these emails to go out after the conversion on November 26, 2018.

Recurring Payments (Auto Pay)
For those customers with recurring payments set up, recurring payments will now be called Auto Pay.  The previous service used for recurring payments will no longer be active after November 26, 2018, so you must take action to re-enroll if you want to continue to use this service.  For those customers with a recurring payment scheduled prior to the conversion date on November 26th, those payments will process as usual.  Once your scheduled payment has been processed, please re-enroll through MyUsage.com to continue this service.

However, if you do not have a scheduled recurring payment prior to November 26th, you will have to re-enroll at MyUsage.com to continue to use this service.  If you have any questions about your recurring payments, please call (423) 472-4521 or send an email to customerservice@clevelandutilities.com.  We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone or email.

To set up your Auto Pay, please look for the Manage Auto Pay tab, under the Payments tab in the new menu when you are re-enrolling.  When you access the Auto Pay feature, all you need to do is click the enroll button to add and save your preferred payment method.

How to Access Online Portal & Enhanced Features
As always, our online customer portal is available 24.7 at www.clevelandutilities.com.  Be sure to login or download the app as soon as you receive your migration email to start enjoying the enhanced features and streamlined e-pay process.
